The Variation tab is where you add player and order information to generate personalized jersey designs. Instead of manually editing every jersey, you can provide the required player details once, and Teedex uses that information to create the corresponding jersey variations.
You can add player details in three ways: upload a handwritten receipt or order sheet, import an Excel file, or enter the information manually.
1. What Details Do You Need?
Each player entry includes the following information:
Player Name: The name that will appear on the jersey.
Player Number: The player’s jersey number.
Jersey Size: The required size for the player.
Sleeve Type: Select Half Sleeve (HS) or Full Sleeve (FS).
These details help Teedex generate the correct personalized variations. Player information can also be used for jersey labels and automatic file naming.
2. Choose How to Add Player Details
Teedex provides three ways to enter your order information.
Option 1: Upload a Handwritten Receipt
Upload a clear image of a handwritten receipt or order sheet containing the required player details. Teedex reads the available information and uses it to populate the variation data.
Review the extracted details carefully and correct any mistakes before generating your jerseys.
Option 2: Import an Excel File
Download the sample Excel file provided by Teedex and enter your player information in the appropriate columns.
Once your data is ready, import the completed file into Teedex. You can also share the sample Excel file with your client, ask them to fill in the player details, and import the completed file when they return it.
Option 3: Add Details Manually
If you have only a few players or prefer entering information yourself, use the manual entry option in the Variation tab.
Add each player’s name, number, jersey size, and sleeve type, ensuring that the details match your order requirements.
3. Review Your Player Data
After adding or importing your player details, review the variation table before proceeding.
Check that:
Every player name is spelled correctly.
Player numbers match the order.
Jersey sizes are correct.
Sleeve types are set to HS or FS as required.
Accurate player data helps Teedex generate the correct jersey variations and keeps your order information organized.
4. Generate Your Jersey Variations
Once you’ve reviewed your player details, proceed to the Export tab to generate the required variations.
Teedex uses your player information and existing jersey designs to create personalized files. You can then review individual variations and download them for production.
Tip: For large team orders, Excel import or handwritten receipt import can reduce repetitive data entry. Always review the imported information before generating your final files.
