Teedex allows you to enter player details manually in the Variation tab. This option is useful when you have a small order, need to add a few players, or prefer to enter the information directly instead of importing an Excel file or uploading a handwritten receipt.
You can add each player’s name, number, jersey size, and sleeve type to prepare your order for automatic jersey variation generation.
1. Open the Variation Tab
Open your project and navigate to the Variation tab. Here, you’ll find the options to add player order details.
Select Add Manually to enter the player information directly into Teedex.
2. Enter Player Details
Add the required information for each player in the variation table.
Player Name: Enter the name to be printed on the jersey.
Player Number: Enter the player’s jersey number.
Jersey Size: Select the required size for the player.
Sleeve Type: Choose Half Sleeve (HS) or Full Sleeve (FS), according to the order.
Repeat this process for each player in your order.
3. Add Multiple Players
If your order contains multiple players, continue adding entries until all the required player details are included.
Make sure each row contains the correct information for the corresponding player. This helps Teedex generate the appropriate personalized jersey variations.
4. Review Your Player Information
Before generating your variations, review the details you’ve entered.
Check player names, numbers, sizes, and sleeve types to ensure they match your order. Correct any mistakes before proceeding to the next step.
5. Generate Jersey Variations
Once all player details have been added and reviewed, navigate to the Export tab.
Teedex uses your player information and existing jersey design to generate the corresponding personalized variations. You can then review individual files and download them using your preferred export settings.
Tips for Best Results
Double-check player names and jersey numbers before generating variations.
Select the correct size and sleeve type for every player.
Use manual entry for smaller orders or when you need to add a few players quickly.
For larger orders, consider using Excel import or handwritten receipt import to reduce repetitive data entry.
