Teedex allows you to import player details from an Excel file instead of entering every player’s information manually. This is especially useful when handling bulk jersey orders with multiple players, sizes, numbers, and sleeve types.
You can use the sample Excel file provided by Teedex, fill in your order details, and import the completed file into the Variation tab. Teedex uses the imported information to prepare your player data for jersey variation generation.
1. Download the Sample Excel File
Open your project and navigate to the Variation tab. Select the Excel import option and download the sample Excel file provided by Teedex.
The sample file helps you understand how to organize your player information in the required format.
2. Enter Your Player Details
Open the downloaded Excel file and enter the details for each player in the appropriate columns.
Your player data includes:
Player Name: The name to be printed on the jersey.
Player Number: The player’s jersey number.
Sleeve: Half Sleeve (HS) or Full Sleeve (FS).
Size: The required jersey size.
Enter each player’s information in the corresponding row. Make sure the details are accurate and follow the sample file’s structure.
3. Import the Excel File into Teedex
Once you’ve completed your spreadsheet, return to the Variation tab and select the Excel import option.
Upload your completed file. Teedex reads the spreadsheet and populates the variation table with the imported player details.
This makes it easier to manage large orders without manually entering each player’s information.
4. Review Your Imported Data
After importing the file, review the player information in the variation table before generating your jerseys.
Check that:
All player names are correct.
Player numbers match the order.
Jersey sizes are accurate.
Sleeve types are correctly specified.
All required player entries have been imported.
If you notice any errors or missing information, correct them before continuing.
5. Generate Jersey Variations
Once your player data is ready, move to the Export tab to generate your personalized jersey variations.
Teedex uses the imported player information and your existing jersey design to create the required variations. You can review individual files and download them using your preferred export settings.
Use Excel for Client Orders
Excel import is also useful when working with clients. You can share the sample Excel file with your client and ask them to fill in the player names, numbers, sizes, and sleeve types.
Once the client returns the completed file, import it into Teedex to prepare the order for variation generation.
This helps simplify communication and reduces repetitive data entry for bulk jersey orders.
