Teedex automatically organizes your generated jersey variations by including important player and design information in their file names. This makes it easier to identify individual jerseys, manage bulk orders, and share the correct files with your production team without manually renaming every file.
1. How Automatic File Naming Works
When you generate jersey variations in Teedex, the platform automatically creates file names using details associated with each variation.
These details include:
Jersey Size: Identifies the size assigned to the jersey.
Jersey Side: Indicates the jersey part, such as Front, Back, or Sleeve.
Player Name: Identifies the player associated with the design.
Player Number: Includes the player’s jersey number.
Variation Number: Helps distinguish between generated variations.
By combining these details, Teedex makes it easier to identify the correct file without opening every image individually.
2. Find the Right Jersey File Easily
Automatic file naming is particularly useful when you’re handling orders with multiple players, sizes, and jersey parts.
For example, if an order contains 50 players and each player requires Front and Back designs, you may have many individual files to manage.
With relevant information included in each file name, you can quickly identify which file belongs to a particular player, size, or jersey part.
3. Simplify Bulk Order Management
When exporting multiple jersey variations, manually renaming files can take time and increase the risk of mistakes.
Teedex reduces this repetitive work by automatically organizing file names based on the available variation information. This helps keep your exported files easier to manage when preparing them for production.
4. Prepare Files for Production
Once your variations are generated, review the files in the Export tab and download them using your preferred settings.
The automatically generated file names help you organize the exported designs and identify the files required for each player and jersey part.
Tip: Make sure your player names, numbers, and sizes are correct in the Variation tab before generating your files. Teedex uses this information to identify and organize the corresponding jersey variations.
