Teedex automatically generates personalized jersey variations using your completed jersey design and the player details added in the Variation tab. Instead of manually creating a separate design for every player, you can generate the required variations in a few steps.
This feature helps jersey manufacturers and sportswear businesses manage bulk orders more efficiently while keeping player information organized.
1. Complete Your Design and Player Details
Before generating variations, make sure your jersey design is ready in the Design tab and your player information has been added in the Variation tab.
Your player data should include:
Player Name: The name to appear on the jersey.
Player Number: The player’s jersey number.
Jersey Size: The required size.
Sleeve Type: Half Sleeve (HS) or Full Sleeve (FS).
You can add this information manually, import it from Excel, or upload a handwritten receipt or order sheet.
2. Open the Export Tab
Once your player information is ready, navigate to the Export tab.
Teedex processes your design and player details to generate the corresponding jersey variations automatically. Each variation uses the relevant player information to personalize the jersey.
3. Review the Generated Variations
After processing, Teedex displays the generated variations in the Export workspace.
Here, you can:
View Total Variations: Check the total number of generated variations.
Search for a Player: Find a specific player or variation.
Preview Individual Designs: Open a variation to review its appearance.
Edit When Required: Make adjustments to an individual variation before downloading it.
Review the generated designs to ensure the player names, numbers, and artwork appear as expected.
4. Generate Variations for Different Jersey Parts
Teedex supports variation generation for different parts of your jersey set, including Back, Front, Half Sleeves, and Full Sleeves.
Once you’ve designed the required jersey parts, Teedex can reuse the player information already entered in the Variation tab to generate their corresponding variations.
You don’t need to enter the same player details again for each jersey part.
5. Prepare Your Files for Export
Once you’ve reviewed the generated variations, configure your download settings according to your production requirements.
You can choose your preferred file format, color space, and resolution before downloading individual variations or multiple files together.
Teedex also automatically organizes file names using details such as jersey size, jersey side, player name, player number, and variation number, making files easier to identify.
