The Export tab in Teedex allows you to review and download your generated jersey variations. Once your designs and player details are ready, Teedex generates the required personalized files, which you can prepare for production using the available download settings.
You can export individual variations or download multiple files together, depending on your order requirements.
1. Open the Export Tab
After adding your player details in the Variation tab, navigate to Export.
Teedex generates the required jersey variations based on your design and player information. Once processing is complete, you’ll see the generated variations in the Export workspace.
2. Review Your Generated Variations
Before downloading, review the generated files to ensure that everything looks correct.
You can:
Check Total Variations: View the total number of generated designs.
Search Variations: Find a specific player or variation.
Preview Designs: Open individual variations to inspect the artwork.
Edit Individual Variations: Make adjustments to a specific variation when required.
This helps you identify potential issues before preparing your files for production.
3. Download Individual or Multiple Variations
Teedex allows you to download files according to your requirements.
Download a Single Variation: Select an individual design when you need only one file.
Download Multiple Variations: Download the generated files together when preparing a bulk order.
Bulk downloading helps reduce the time spent saving files individually.
4. Configure Your Download Settings
Before exporting, open Download Settings in the top-right corner of the Export workspace.
You can configure the following options:
File Format: Choose JPG, PNG, or PDF.
PDF Export: Select Single PDF or Multiple PDFs.
Color Space: Choose RGB or CMYK according to your workflow.
Resolution: Select 72 DPI, 150 DPI, or 300 DPI.
Once you’ve configured your preferred settings, you can save them for future projects to avoid setting them up repeatedly.
5. Use Automatic File Naming
Teedex automatically organizes generated files using important details, including:
Jersey Size
Jersey Side
Player Name
Player Number
Variation Number
This makes it easier to identify each file, organize player designs, and share the correct files with your production team.
6. Export Your Complete Jersey Set
If your project includes Back, Front, Half Sleeve, and Full Sleeve designs, you can generate and export the corresponding variations for each completed jersey part.
Teedex reuses your existing player information, so you don’t need to enter the same player details again for every part.
Before downloading, review the required jersey parts and confirm that the generated variations are ready for your production workflow.
