Teedex allows you to create a complete jersey set by designing the Back, Front, Half Sleeves, and Full Sleeves within the same project. Once your player details are added, Teedex reuses that information to generate the corresponding variations for each completed jersey part.
Instead of creating separate projects or entering the same player details repeatedly, you can manage your designs and generate the required jersey variations through a single workflow.
1. Design Each Jersey Part
Open your project in the Design tab and create the artwork for each jersey part required for your order.
Teedex provides the following options:
Back: Create the back-side jersey design.
Front: Design the front of the jersey.
Half Sleeve — Left & Right: Create artwork for both half sleeves.
Full Sleeve — Left & Right: Create artwork for both full sleeves.
You can upload your artwork, add logos, customize text, and use the available design tools to prepare each part according to your requirements.
2. Apply Your Designs Across Sizes
Once your artwork is ready, use the Master Canvas and click Apply to All to apply your design across the available size artboards.
Review the resulting designs and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the artwork fits your production requirements.
Repeat this process for each jersey part you need to include in your complete set.
3. Add Player Details Once
After preparing your designs, navigate to the Variation tab to add your player order information.
Your player details include:
Player Name
Player Number
Jersey Size
Sleeve Type — Half Sleeve (HS) or Full Sleeve (FS)
You can enter these details manually, import them from Excel, or upload a handwritten receipt or order sheet.
Once the player information is ready, Teedex can reuse the same data when generating variations for the other completed jersey parts. You don’t need to enter the same player information again for each part.
4. Generate the Complete Jersey Set
Navigate to the Export tab to generate your jersey variations.
Teedex uses your existing player information and the corresponding designs to generate variations for the completed jersey parts.
For example, if an order contains 20 players and requires Back, Front, and Half Sleeve designs, Teedex can generate the corresponding variations for those completed parts using the same player data.
The number of generated files depends on your player details and the jersey parts included in your project.
5. Review and Export Your Designs
Once the variations are generated, review the files for each jersey part.
You can search for individual players, preview variations, and make adjustments when required. Then configure your download settings and export the files in your preferred format.
Teedex also automatically organizes file names using details such as jersey size, jersey side, player name, player number, and variation number.
This makes it easier to identify the correct files when preparing your complete jersey set for production.
